Volume One is a limited-edition collection. You reserve your piece now with a 30% deposit (or 100%) and we handcraft it in the following weeks. Pre-order closes once the edition sells out or we reach our scheduled production close.

Handcrafted production takes 6 to 8 weeks after pre-order closes. We send you an email with the exact dispatch date for your order.

Yes. We ship from Antioquia, Colombia, to the entire world. Rates and times vary by destination. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Every piece arrives with a numbered certificate of authenticity, signed by the atelier. The number is unique — for example, "13 of 50 pieces in the world."

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, as long as the piece has not been worn and the original packaging is intact. Because they are limited editions, custom pieces are non-returnable. See our Returns page for details.

We work with sterling silver 925, 18k gold plating, gold alloys, copper with patina, freshwater pearls, synthetic emeralds, zirconia and crystals. Exact materials are listed on each product page.

You secure your piece within the edition. We contact you by email a few weeks before dispatch to coordinate the remaining 70% balance. If you decide not to complete the balance, the deposit is non-refundable.
